Also, I have a few dolls in progress...but I work much more slowly on them, particularly since my laptop screen is almost entirely dead and I have to hook it up to an external monitor to use it. I hate doing that. .x.

Okay. Hi. Um. Still tired.
Sooo...it's been a while since I've updated here. Probably because I'm tired so much. :I
I've finally been in all of my classes at least once, and I am pretty fond of all of them.
First class on Mondays is WRT-160 or Composition II. There's three writing classes required here, but I tested out of the first two on my ACT, sooooo...that's always fun. And now we're doing rhetoric stuff, and I'm usually just staring at my professor like, 'You said what now?'
...unfortunately for me, I am actually good enough at writing that my ACT score was very high, despite not having any formal high school training in general writing and definitely not rhetoric. It seems most of the other kids in the class, high school grads or not, have had this. :I

My second class on Mondays is GRM-114, or Intro to German Language and Culture. I'm not very good at languages in the first place, unless its written English. Even then, that's only because I've been working with it obsessively since I was very, very young, and not dealing with the stress of getting graded for it after about elementary school. Still, I like German, it's just kind of confusing for me. It's mostly just because I have the worst memory with things I hear, so I often replay instructions that are in like, .mp3 formats or something online. I don't have a replay button on my teacher. :I

My third class on Mondays is COM-101, or Collegiate Communications. It's basically a class to introduce new college students to ways to make strong groups of people that can be relied on for help, as well as friendships, and also to develop good study habits and other useful college behaviors. My professor for this class is a super upbeat woman. .x. She's fun, though, often has stories about her kid that are hilarious. XD

Then comes Tuesday, and I only have one class.
PHL-101, or Intro to Philosophy. This class is just so damn fascinating to me. oxo I spend a lot of my time thinking about how others think and perceive things, even though I will never know for certain how they go about it. Also, the idea of uncertainty in all these steadfast ideas that have prevailed so long in at least my life is a really interesting topic, so I have no problem probing at those beliefs and seeing if they hold up under questioning- and if they don't, I still don't really mind. The whole point of Philosophy is just to have that uncertainty, rather than believing everything set in front of you like it has all the proof in the world when it has none. -shrug- Just something I enjoy. <3

Weeeednesday...
This is just WRT-160 (Composition II) and GRM-114 (Intro to German Language and Culture) again. .w.

Thursdays are PHL-101 (Intro to Philosophy) again, and then, my largest and latest class of the week, AH-100 or Intro to History Western Art (that is literally how the course title is written in all school stuff. :I It's weird). That's a three hour and twenty minute class that gets out at 9:50 at night. >x> LONG.
Though I am in the building next to Dapper Cat.
Maybe I'll get you guys pictures of Dapper Cat some day. He's coo'. <3
I like Art History, though, it can just be a little hard to get through sometimes. My professor tends to linger on individual slides in her powerpoints while she talks about topics, and since I don't want to spend all my time staring ta her like a creeper, I look at the screen. ...there's never much to look at, so it starts putting me to sleep. >x>
Usually she'll put a movie on and all's well, though. .w. And we have our first big test for this two weeks from now...NEED TO MAKE FLASH CARDS AAAAAH. D:

Fridays are just GRM-114 (Intro to German Language and Culture) again. .w.
Not fond of Fridays, since my German class is in a building on the opposite side of campus, so I usually ride the Bear Bus (our campus' shuttle car thing) over to it...but the Bear Bus shuts down at 4 (which is barely after I get out of German), and doesn't even run on Fridays. :I

(my response was 'I walk a lot...and don't have time to eat...' and to walk away sleepily)
When I was walking back from class tonight (I posted this on Facebook yesterday), some guy was yelling out his window at me, and sounded pretty excited about it. Didn't understand what he said, but I assume something along the lines of 'lift your shirt' or whatever. Didn't, but...apparently I'm thinning down enough to be considered 'attractive' by the average boy. That's a new one.
This whole 'weight loss' thing still isn't clicking for me. XD I don't see anything, but so many others do. |D

And on an unrelated to everything else note...HOLY SHIT SO MANY IDEAS IN MY BRAIN FOR EVERYTHING.
I'm formulating another fantasy story, complete with a princess and an elf-slave (THANKS TO DOODLING IN MY GODDAMN NOTEBOOK IN CLASS. :I ), though I haven't started writing it...Emma and Riley's story (two characters in my gallery, if you don't know) is still bouncing around in my brain...I'm writing a lot of large fluffy things for roleplays with a friend of mine, so those thoughts are often there, and then, there's the drawings.
I was looking at my Kingdom Hearts wallet the other day in class, just because I was bored. It has Sora's crown symbol-thing on it, and while staring it long enough...I eventually ended up with some weird idea of a card depicting a prophecy involving Sora and my KH character Noa. :I I drew it already, though I still have to sketch in Sora's face/hair/clothes...he's just a body right now. XDD AND LORD KNOWS IT'LL MAKE ME WRITE A STORY. SO ANGRY. >I

ALSO I FINISHED REREADING HARRY POTTER 5.
I HATED THAT BOOK OF THE SERIES AS A CHILD.
WHAT THE FUCK WAS WRONG WITH ME.
THAT WAS AWESOME, MAN.
